As of December 31, 2009, I will have sold my shares of A.M. Agencies.

From this date, I will no longer be involved in the daily business activities of A.M. Agencies, but will be consulting with Scott, Marshall and Doug as required.

I sincerely appreciate and thank all my business friends for their support over the years.
